Silverlode’s client Edwards Companies was awarded $33 million in Ohio TMUD tax credits for their $377 million Capitol Square Renaissance project in downtown Columbus. The mixed-use project will transform the Capitol Square region through construction or redevelopment of five buildings and create unique park space in the form of an open-air elevated walkway. Silverlode is proud to have provided economic impact analyses to support our client’s application.
